In the event of an incorrect order being delivered please take a photograph of the same and send it to us within 24 hours of the package being received, to hello@ksorganics.in with the Subject – ‘Wrong Product’.

We will dispatch your correct order within 48 hours of receiving this Email. Subsequently, we will pick up the wrong products delivered from your doorstep.
